Peter Carrubba

Kelly Ross

Peter has lead software development projects for companies that were just starting up to the Fortune 100. In his free time, Peter can usually be found working on creations with his son and daughters, skateboarding, exploring other countries or playing guitar. Peter holds a BS in Mathematics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Kelly has lead business development at several interactive consulting and software firms since 1997. Prior to founding Admios, Kelly was the Assistant Managing Director for IconMedialab. In his free time Kelly goes backpacking, snowboarding, and fly-fishing in the Sierra Nevadas with his wife and daughters.

Ricardo Chavarria


Ricardo's experience in software development encompasses games, mobile applications and business software. He spent six years in San Francisco, CA, working for various game development companies, before moving back to Panama. He hols a B.S. in Computer Science from Florida State University and an M.S. in Computer Science from University of Southern California.

What we do


Admios is a custom software development firm with offices in San Francisco and Panama City, Panama. We founded Admios in 2005 initially focused on building software for financial services firms. In 2006, during the course of that effort we built a nearshore team in Panama to help us scale. Since then we've diversified our client base and focused our efforts on attracting the best developers in Central and South America and immersing them in Bay Area software culture.
