Problem

After acquiring funding, Collective Health needed to scale quickly. A direct hiring approach was slow and proved difficult to keep up with the product milestones they needed to hit. Collective Health approached Admios to help scale their engineering resources to increase product velocity. Admios provided resources for a number of different teams and product features.

Approach

Admios provided a team of 5 developers to build out and maintain new features for their admin and member portals, which included: member/group management, registration and onboarding, claim management, and member insurance eligibility. Team composition was 3 FE, 1 BE, and 1 iOS.
